1.         It is important that each sales person should maintain his own sales orders. This is how he knows which items is still outstanding for his clients.


2.        If you want cancel the order, click on actions on the top of the order and 'cancel order'.


       



3.        The system will not allow you to cancel a sales order if parts were already shipped. You can try to complete the sales order, with actions> complete order. 


       


4.        Sometimes the system does not want to cancel or complete the full order, it is because the order is in progress. Then each line on a sale orders can be maintained individually. If the part will not be sold anymore tick         the "completed" box in the line item. See below.



       


5.        There is a list of all open sales orders created by you. Please maintain this list regularly.
