So as julle wil hê die PPV GL gedeelte ook reverse as julle ‘n PO Return doen moet julle die “Return by Original  Receipt Cost” select op die Purchase Order Preferences:

“In Build Version 18.205.0026 the Return by Original Receipt Cost check box has been added to the Purchase Orders Preferences (PO101000) form. The value of this check box is used as the default value of the Return by Original Receipt Cost check box on the Purchase Receipts form when a user creates a new purchase return. 

If the check box is selected, the system generates the inventory adjustment along with the purchase return release. The returned cost of the item is copied from the original inventory receipt of the related purchase receipt line. 

In your purchase return J-GRV04468 this check box is clear and If the check box is cleared, the items are returned at the price calculated according to the items’ valuation method.

So, in your case you should select this check box to process a return of items for the cost at which the items have been purchased.”

Dan is my enigste ander voorstel om die PO Return te gaan reverse deur ‘n PO Receipt te doen en dan die Debit Memo ook te reverse en dan die stappe te volg wat Support voorstel as julle dan weer die PO Return en Debit Memo doen.

 

Daar is ongelukkig nie ander manier om hierdie te doen as julle nie journals wil deursit op die Control Accounts nie.

Dan sal ek voorstel dat julle ‘n GL journal doen om hierdie te fix dan vir die gedeelte van die journal wat nie geskryf het op die PO Return nie op dieselfde datum:

So dan na boonste journal gepos is het die regte journal dan deurgegaan toe die PO Return gedoen is:

Dit het gedoen met hierdie known bug, ek sal wel ‘n case hiervoor oopmaak en vir Acumatica sê die bug is nie gefix soos hulle vir ons deurgegee het vanaf version 18.200.0075 en later nie. So hier is die workaround om die probleem te fix:

I confirm your findings and the fact this is an issue (only notice that the difference between the standard cost and purchase price is actually written to the Standard Cost Purchase Price Variance GL account.

)

I also confirm that this is the issue which should be addressed in the 2018R2 version (though I cannot give this commitment currently; I'll update you when it becomes clearer)

 

Currently, to avoid incorrect journal entries, you need to enter REturn PO Receipt as follows:

1) unit price in the return PO Receipt should be the standard item cost, not the real purchase cost returned

2) AP Bill from the return should not be released automatically 

3) In the AP Bill created, unit cost should be corrected to the real purchase cost returned.

 

Then the release ot PO return will provide the expected GL Entries (taking advantage of the fact that Std Cost Variance Account = PPV account)”

Kan jy asb help met  die volgende:

 

 

Hierdie PO was verkeerdelik geGRV teen 2700 quantity ipv 1.

Joernaal het dus geskryf:

DT STO-10000           R10 260 000

CR  PPV-10000           R10 257 300

CR  GRV-10000           R        2 700

 

Die users het hulle fout agter gekom en return.

Joernaal het toe geskryf:

DT GRV-10000        R10 260 000

  CR  STO-10000       R10 260 000

 

Hoekom kanseleer die Return nie net die GRV transaksie uit nie?

Hoe maak ons nou hierdie reg?

 

Ons het meer as een transaksie wat so geskryf het en het asb dringend jou hulp nodig.

Ons is besig met ons Julie jaareinde en maak reg vir die ouditeure.
