1.        Go to Production order maintenance.


2.        Go to Reports>Variance Report.


3.        Go through the report and make sure about all issued cost and that the cost is correct.


4.        To close the job you have to move.


5.        Go back to the maintenance screen of the job. 


6.        Action>Create move


7.        Your move screen will open.


8.         Complete proper description.


9.        Line qty needs to be 1.


10.         IMPORTANT: Fill in the Lot/serial nr. For example VIN nr(GRW ENG and EUROPE) or Repair Job nr (Services Branches)


11.         Take of hold, save and release.
