1.         Go to Generic Inquiries


2.         Search 'Take GL Journals of Hold'


3.        Edit your conditions of your GI to fit your criteria.


         


4.        View Enquiry


5.        If you are sure the view enquiry give that exact results your need and you are to update all your transactions.


6.        You can select one by one and click on actions update. Or you can update all, but then you have to be 100%



         



   


7.  Larges batches of transactions can take a  few minutes so be patient, once done, you will get the message below.
